They offer hundreds of on demand workouts with more released every week. The workouts consists of punching bag exercises and conditioning drills that real fighters use to prepare for an upcoming bout. Punch counters track your punches in real time via an iOS app. Every workout gives you a unique punch count goal for each round. The punch count acts as statistical motivation that helps you literally set the high score when working out.

A membership includes everything you need; a heavy bag, gloves, wraps, a mat and of course the punch trackers. If you already have a punching bag and gloves you can choose just the wraps and the trackers for a reduced price.

At first glance the price may be a turnoff for some, but when compared to hiring a personal trainer or paying gym membership dues, the fee is pretty reasonable. You can pay a flat four digit fee for the equipment or finance it for a monthly payment.
