Observations
I’m six days in and still going strong. I have eaten a chicken breast almost every day, and believe it or not I’m still not sick of them. My only rule about preparation is that it cannot add more than 25 calories. There are a lot of really good marinade mixes that qualify. I have done so much cooking over the last few days that I’ve had to cook in bulk. Even so, it’s very time consuming. I also have been eating basically all day, and still can’t make up for the calorie deficit.
On Day four, my skin started getting really itchy for some reason. I’m not sure if it’s part of the diet or if its something else, but just to be safe, I decided to cut down a bit on the protein bars.
Day 3
Exercise: I fought “Matty” Mateo Vega on Endurance difficulty in The Thrill of the Fight. It was only a four round fight, but Matty is very active so it was still pretty tiring. After knocking him down once in the fourth round, I managed to get the decision victory. After that I played Beat Saber for a while. In 47 minutes I burned 419 calories.

Day 4
Exercise: I was pretty sore from all the boxing, so I took it a little easier today. My main calorie burning activity was just going on a long walk with my dog, but I also did three sets on my Plankpad for four minutes total. I also went swimming. Somehow the twenty-nine minute walk burned 235 calories. Sometimes I wonder about the accuracy of my Fitbit.

Note: I ended up not having dinner at the normal time on Day 4 for toddler related reasons. Since it was after midnight when I finally did eat, my dinner is included in Day 5.
Day 5
Exercise: I went back to Ring Fit today for the first time in a while. I did one of Dragaux’s gyms and then one other regular jogging level. Unfortunately, I forgot to log the exercise so I don’t know how many calories I burned, but it took around thirty-five minutes. Ring Fit is also good for body weight exercises. I had to run up virtual stairs to chase two treasure chests, and I probably did 40+ squats in order to power a cart through the level.

Day 6
Exercise: I played Just Dance on my Switch with the kids. They like that game a lot and it always tires them out. Then I took them for a long stroll. Total time exercising was thirty-eight minutes, in which I purportedly burned 187 calories. Again the Fitbit reading didn’t really make sense compared to other days.
