Observations: I ran into a few speedbumps over the last few days, ate a few things I should not have. That said, I am making up for it as best I can, and I have mostly conformed to the original plan. The issue that caused me to veer off course was time more than anything else. Between the exercising, the cooking, and the keeping track of all of it, this gung ho challenge is very time consuming.
I’m not giving up. My goal was 30 days, and I am determined to finish. I have already noticed significant results in my strength and stamina. It is easy for me to churn out sets of twenty-five push ups and my resting heart rate has dropped by 5 beats per minute.
Day 11
Exercise: I did a ton of push ups and crunches and logged the workout in the Fitocracy app.

Exercise: Today I took a 40 minute walk, pushing a stroller. It was more about getting the kids to nap than exercise, but it burned 284 calories.

Day 13
Exercise: I went back to Fitness Boxing today for the first time in over a year. It will probably be the last time I play that game. I found myself wishing it was FitXR. It is just so much more satisfying to punch through the targets. Fitness Boxing is still a very good workout though. I burned 488 calories in 40 minutes.

Exercise: I hit VZFit again. I logged another 19 miles of the 147 mile trek through Yosemite. Really want to finish it. It took 51 minutes and burned about 500 calories

Day 15
Exercise: I went toe to toe with Moneymaker again in Thrill of the Fight. I knocked him out this time, ending the fight in the fifth round. It took less than 30 minutes and I am not sure how many calories it burned. I got really good screenshots for my Tips for Thrill of the Fight article though.
